Choosing a villa near Split.

Start with your group, not just a guest total.

Check the bedroom count, air conditioning and space for shared meals as well as the maximum occupancy. Mravilla welcomes up to eight guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms, with approximately 250 m² of villa space, a fully equipped kitchen and dining for eight. For babies sharing a bed or using one of our two cots, tell us your plans so we can confirm the arrangement.

Look closely at private outdoor space.

Ask whether the villa and pool are shared, and check pool safety before planning a family stay. At Mravilla, the villa and pool are reserved exclusively for your booked group, with approximately 1,000 m² of grounds, a covered terrace and BBQ. The jacuzzi has six seats, with massage at all six seats simultaneously.

The 55 m² saltwater pool includes a children’s section, hydromassage area and SwimJet system. The main pool is approximately 1.4–1.8 m deep. The pool is not fenced. Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool.

Choose a base that suits your outings.

Mravilla is in Mravince, near Solin and Split. Use our Google Maps listing to find the villa, and message us on WhatsApp for help coordinating your arrival from Split Airport or elsewhere.

A car is useful for flexible days out to Split, the Roman remains of Salona in Solin, Klis Fortress and Adriatic beaches. Private gated parking is available at the villa. Shops and restaurants are available in the area. Ask Edi for local recommendations, whether you are picking up everyday essentials or choosing somewhere to eat.

Compare the full stay price.

When comparing villa quotes, check whether they cover the entire property, what is included and which charges are separate. Mravilla’s 2027 indicative rates are per night for the entire villa; availability and your final price are confirmed personally. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV and weekly linen and towel changes are included.

A cleaning fee of EUR 200 applies per stay and is charged separately from the accommodation rate. Pets are welcome for EUR 100 per pet for the entire stay, charged separately from the accommodation rate. Please let us know in advance. Applicable local taxes are included. VAT is not charged on the accommodation price.

Plan arrival and optional services early.

Check-in is available from 15:00. Arrival after 15:00 is flexible and arranged with us in advance, with no fixed latest arrival time. Check-out is by 10:00.

Late check-out is subject to availability. The fee depends on how long the villa remains occupied beyond the standard check-out time and is agreed in advance. Private chef services, breakfast, massages and additional cleaning are available on request for an extra charge. Each service and its price are agreed separately. All additional services must be arranged at least 72 hours before the requested service time. Additional cleaning is an optional service arranged during your stay and is separate from the standard cleaning fee.

Agree the details before paying.

Before you pay, we agree availability, your dates, the total accommodation price and terms, and provide payment instructions. You receive the total accommodation price plus the mandatory EUR 200 cleaning fee per stay, EUR 100 per pet for the entire stay if applicable, and the prices of any separately agreed services. A 30% advance payment of the accommodation price confirms your reservation; the remaining 70% is payable on arrival.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival qualify for a full refund of the advance payment. For cancellations fewer than 30 days before arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable. Contact us by email to cancel your booking.
