The accommodation provider is not registered for VAT. VAT is not charged on the accommodation price.

Booking terms

Before you pay, we agree availability, your dates, the total accommodation price and terms, and provide payment instructions. You receive the total accommodation price plus the mandatory EUR 200 cleaning fee per stay, EUR 100 per pet for the entire stay if applicable, and the prices of any separately agreed services. A 30% advance payment of the accommodation price confirms your reservation; the remaining 70% is payable on arrival.

For bookings arranged by phone or email, the advance payment is due within 48 hours after the details are agreed and you receive payment instructions, unless a different deadline is agreed.

The 30% is an advance payment towards the accommodation price, not earnest money (kapara). The website does not take payments or confirm availability automatically.

Pricing

Applicable local taxes are included. VAT is not charged on the accommodation price. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the agreed accommodation price will not be changed. Each additional night is charged at the current applicable rate, subject to availability and agreement before the stay is extended.

Separate charges

A cleaning fee of EUR 200 applies per stay and is charged separately from the accommodation rate.

Pets are welcome for EUR 100 per pet for the entire stay, charged separately from the accommodation rate. Please let us know in advance.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00. Arrival after 15:00 is flexible and arranged with us in advance, with no fixed latest arrival time. Check-out is by 10:00.

Late check-out is subject to availability. The fee depends on how long the villa remains occupied beyond the standard check-out time and is agreed in advance.

Payment terms

We agree availability, dates, the total price and terms with you before providing payment instructions. A 30% advance payment confirms your reservation. The remaining 70% is payable on arrival.

Available payment methods are agreed directly with the host. Bank transfer details are provided below; there is no card payment or automated checkout on this website.

A copy of the payment confirmation must be sent to info@mravilla.com.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. For cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable. To cancel, email info@mravilla.com with the subject “Cancel Reservation”.

No-show

If guests do not arrive for their booking, only the 30% advance payment is retained. The remaining 70% accommodation balance is not charged.

Booking changes & additional nights

Booking changes and extensions are subject to availability and prior agreement. Each additional night is charged at the current applicable rate. To request a change, email info@mravilla.com with the subject “Change Reservation”.

Babies & cots

Babies may share a bed with their parents or sleep in a cot. The villa has two cots available. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use them.

Please include all adults, children and babies in your booking enquiry so we can confirm the sleeping arrangements for your group.

Pet policy

Pets are welcome for a fee of EUR 100 per pet for the entire stay.

Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet. Guests must ensure their pets do not cause damage or disturbance.

Private use & pool

The villa and pool are reserved exclusively for your booked group.

The saltwater pool includes a children’s section. It is not fenced. Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool.

Jacuzzi

The private jacuzzi has six seats, with massage available at all six seats at the same time.

Additional services

Private chef services, breakfast, massages and additional cleaning are available on request for an extra charge. Each service and its price are agreed separately. All additional services must be arranged at least 72 hours before the requested service time. Additional cleaning is an optional service arranged during your stay and is separate from the standard cleaning fee.

Guest support

We are available 24/7 for enquiries and support during your stay.

Data processing

Personal data is used to handle reservations, communicate with guests, provide stay-related support and process payments or refunds as described in the Privacy Policy.

Written complaints

Send a written complaint by email to info@mravilla.com or by post to Edi Ferjan, Mravilla, Braće Radića 10, 21209 Mravince, Solin, Croatia.

We acknowledge receipt without delay and provide a written response within 15 days of receiving your complaint. Written complaint records are retained for at least one year. Acknowledgements and responses are handled personally; the website does not send them automatically.
